PLEASE REMEMBER: All of our products are custom-made and handcrafted. Because each item is individually made, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product. Please understand that no two items will be exactly identical.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service disruptions beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via email and keep you updated.

Shipping times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Please make sure your email address and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase. We make every effort to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delivery issues that may occur while the package is in the carrier’s possession. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim as soon as possible.
